Role and Responsibilities: • As a key member of the design and code review team, I ensured the development of robust, consistent, and reusable design and implementation strategies for an immersive slot game experience.• Leading and mentoring the team to understand, execute and deliver excellent quality games. Handling gaming projects from inception to completion, making decisions, and overcoming complex challenges using experience-backed judgment.• Active member of the hiring team and facilitated top talent recruitment by defining role requirements, establishing evaluation criteria, conducting interviews, and on-boarding new hires to ensure their successful ramp-up and contribution to the team.• Actively participating in pitching new automation ideas/software practices to reduce developers\' effort, increase productivity, avoid manual errors.• Facilitating effective usage of static analysis tool in my business division.
