Led the engineering and physical manufacturing of the \"F1 Proto V37\" race car for the STEM Racing India Season 08 Regional Finals. Operating under a strict \"Execution over Perfection\" philosophy, I managed the end-to-end design lifecycle, balancing rigorous technical regulations with a lean operating budget.• Architected the V37 chassis in Autodesk Fusion 360, going through 37 iterative designs to achieve a sub-55g competition weight and a highly optimized drag force of 84gF.• Executed a hybrid manufacturing strategy, utilizing lightweight PLA for the main body and raw, unpainted Red PETG for the wheels to ensure 0% dimensional variance and strict compliance with Regulation T7.5.• Employed a Hybrid Project Management framework (Predictive & Agile) to lead the team through intensive 60-hour sprint sessions, successfully delivering the vehicle while simultaneously competing in a clashing national robotics event.• Conducted hands-on root-cause analysis and precision mechanical fixes during final assembly to guarantee structural integrity during high-RPM treadmill stress tests.• Co-managed a bootstrapped budget, later securing strategic technical and financial partnerships with Varologic, ViitorCloud, and SimplerToday.ai.
