I’m a product design leader with over a decade of experience designing complex digital products across B2B SaaS, telecom, and enterprise platforms. My work blends strong craft with product strategy — shaping direction while staying close to execution.I currently lead product design at UserVoice, where I own the user experience across a data-rich B2B SaaS platform. I work closely with the CEO, product, and engineering to modernize a mature application and help customers better manage and make sense of large volumes of feedback. Much of my work focuses on simplifying complex workflows, improving discoverability, and designing insights and reporting experiences that support better product and executive decision-making.Throughout my career, I’ve gravitated toward challenging problem spaces — systems with deep complexity, high data density, and real business impact. Prior to UserVoice, I worked on enterprise blockchain platforms at Kaleido, helping reimagine core workflows and translate highly technical concepts into usable, intuitive experiences. Earlier roles at Republic Wireless and Bandwidth grounded me in customer-centered design, experimentation, and building cohesive experiences across web, mobile, and support ecosystems.I’m known as a thoughtful, empathetic collaborator who builds trust across disciplines and brings clarity to ambiguity. I lead through influence and shared understanding, and I care deeply about design quality, strong opinions backed by insight, and creating products that feel both powerful and approachable.I’m most excited by roles where I can partner closely with teams, own meaningful product problems end to end, and contribute design leadership through strategy, judgment, and hands-on craft.
