Partnering with Panasonic’s Gigafactory in KansasI’m excited to join Soode as the Head of HR, part of the founding team of our new U.S. manufacturing facility in De Soto, Kansas—right inside Panasonic\'s Gigafactory, which will be the largest EV battery plant in the world.Soode is fully owned by Alconix Corporation, a publicly traded company. Our mission is to supply high-precision parts for lithium-ion battery cells to Panasonic Energy, supporting the global transition to electric vehicles and a more sustainable future.As the Head of HR on-site, I’m helping build the facilities from the ground up—shaping the culture, policies, compliance programs, and workforce that will power our future.My Core Responsibilities Include:• Establishing HR policies, procedures, and systems.• Leading full-cycle recruitment to build a strong and diverse workforce.• Managing onboarding, compliance, benefits, and employee relations.• Supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational design.• Driving culture initiatives to align with global and local values.• Partnering closely with our HQ and local leadership to bridge global talent practices.
