I am the Managing Partner of Technology Business Partners (TBP), who specialise in process, system and data automation around ERP and other enterprise systems. Fluent in the many languages of business, We act as the bridge between the offices of the CEO, COO, CFO and CIO to create cost effective integration solutions for the Entertainment, Retail, CPG and Hospitality industries. I’m a practitioner by trade. With a background in Economics, Computer Science and a keen interest in the Humanities, I apply a polymathic approach to problem solving. Having been on the Strategy Execution side of Change and Transformation programmes throughout a career spanning over 25 years, I now design Target Operating Models for FTSE 250 organizations, aligning People to Process, Technology and Data I have a multi-disciplinary skillset which lies in the intersection of a Business Analyst, a Systems Architect and a Project Manager. This gives me and my team the perfect vantage point to help advise on all aspects of Digital Transformation Execution I have a broad and deep base of both consulting and end user experience, an ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis, Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS), ITIL and Investment Management (IMC) certifications and a Combined Honours degree in Business Administration/Computer Science I have successfully delivered Digital Transformation and Enterprise software programmes (ERP, CMS, CRM, Finance, HR, ITSM, Cyber, Agile, Cloud, Data and Integration) for every exec in the C-Suite, across a number of departments, technologies and industries An established digital networker and personal brand exponent, I was also awarded LinkedIn Top Voice in 2018 out of a potential base of 1 billion users, as recognition for driving professional conversation on digital transformation and for sharing expertise and experiences through the building of global online communities
