As Keyavi\'s Chief Product Officer, I work with the CEO, Marketing and Sales to align and prioritize the product stream with key business and customer needs, crafting and maintaining a multi-release multi-year product strategy and roadmap. I introduced formal product management methodology into the development process and put the appropriate processes and supporting tools in place to ensure that the product met customer expectations and market needs. During the course of the past year, the product team entered an accelerated growth curve. Over tthree successive releases, while accommodating a significant personnel changeover within the team, we have improved execution, reducing the previous 100% schedule overrun, to a 15% schedule overrun, with no feature cuts. I introduced best of breed hiring processes, adopted across the company, allowing Keyavi to secure talented and diverse personnel in spite of the challenging candidate market.
