About Jeff Carroll

Nearly 30 years of experience across technology infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications, and financial services has given me a clear sense of what large-scale transformation actually requires — and what gets in the way of it. At Sabre, I led a multi-year cloud migration delivering meaningful cost savings and lasting improvements in stability, security, and developer efficiency. At Syniverse, I built a global private cloud footprint from scratch; at Cox, I architected core ISP infrastructure serving millions of customers; at Mr. Cooper (acquired by Rocket in 2025), I led enterprise technology through a period of meaningful operational maturity — driving cultural change toward operational excellence, integrating global operations teams, and navigating significant acquisition complexity.I tend to be most useful in environments where technical and organizational challenges are tangled together — where the path forward requires as much judgment about people and priorities as it does about architecture. My background spans cloud, network, and security, with a particular focus on operational excellence and the teams that sustain it.
