Working with Law Enforcement Agencies from throughout the United States in their deployment of the CitizenObserver and tip411.com platforms. My primary responsibilites include making the transition to the platform one of success and to guide agencies as they establish thier idenity on TIP411. With the strong use of mobile platforms, our apps are cutting edge and are the perfect tool in reducing criminal activity while promoting an agencies transparency.My job is to make the integration of this cutting edge alert and tip system, used by local law enforcement a simple and successful experience. CitizenObserver allows law enforcement to communicate effectively and quickly with those they serve by way of email, RSS text messages and social media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc… Alerts and press releases are quickly delivered to users who can select the types of alerts they receive from their local police or sheriff’s department. Tip411 enables law enforcement to receive anonymous tips on criminal activity from anyone who has access to a computer or basic cell phone. These tips are sent anonymously to local law enforcement, who can then reply without worry that the tipster will be fronted out or revealed to those they are reporting.
