Insights for which they had to depend on others, and would take weeks to get a response. now they can just chat and get it in less than a minute. The initial response of users is sheer delight and amazement.It will be great to learn from others who are trying to deliver a similar experience to users of data products.The experience is powered by a combination of- using AI for natural language to SQL, python function calling- curating rich context so the LLM understands business lingo & acronyms so specific to our users- Agent Routing and creative data engineering to map popular questions to simple, well structured and only a few source tables
