It’s a pleasure to connect with you!My name is Sara, and I’m a healthcare transformation leader with a background spanning strategy, technology, and operational execution across payer, provider, and life sciences organizations in both the United States and Canada.I currently serve as an Engagement Manager with HealthScape Advisors, part of The Chartis Group, where I partner with senior leadership teams to drive complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. My work focuses on developing strategic roadmaps, strengthening operating models, enabling technology transformation, and building governance and delivery structures that turn strategy into measurable outcomes.Prior to HealthScape, I spent six years at Slalom Consulting, progressing from Consultant to Healthcare Industry Director. There, I led large-scale transformation portfolios across payer and provider organizations, including Epic Payer Platform implementations, health plan integrations, price transparency initiatives, and enterprise technology and operating model strategies. Across my career, I’ve consistently worked at the intersection of business strategy, delivery governance, and execution - helping organizations align priorities, manage complexity, and drive sustainable change.Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling and exploring new places, and discovering great oysters and wine (learning about them is half the fun!). I’m also passionate about giving back to the community and have been actively involved in charitable organizations, including founding the Red Shoe Society of Windsor-Essex in support of the Ronald McDonald House of Southwestern Ontario.I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, whether in person or virtually, so please feel free to reach out.
