Product Development Administrative Assistant supports the Product Development Team throughout the entire product launch process.· Assists the Product Development team by efficiently managing various projects from each Super Department.· Collaborate with the team to review and approve product images, descriptions, and other content for accuracy and consistency through various marketplaces.· Support in maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information in Salsify or other relevant platforms – ask requested by Product Development Manager.· Test, set-up and inspect all products before production with Product Developers as needed.· Supports product team in general office or administrative tasks as needed.· Manage showroom samples.· Coordinate the collection, organization, and tracking of product samples throughout the development process.· Ensure accurate labeling of product samples with relevant information such as SKU, product name, and other identifying details.· Conduct thorough reviews of product samples to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and brand guidelines with the product development team.· Assist in the coordination of prepping the product samples for photography.· Collaborate with the team to create and set up SKUs for new products in relevant systems or databases.· Facilitate the setup and synchronization of product information throughout the workflow. · Ensure that photo samples are properly labeled and organized within the office for easy accessibility and reference.
