As Head of Engineering at Rivia Health, I lead the architecture and development of patient-centric payment and engagement platforms built on.NET, Blazor, and Azure. My work spans deep hands-on engineering and strategic leadership, including PCI-compliant payment infrastructure, large-scale SaaS architecture, and integrations with major healthcare systems such as Athena, Veradigm, and Greenway.Recently, I’ve been driving the introduction of AI capabilities across our products and internal platforms. This includes embedding AI-powered features into patient and provider experiences, designing AI-assisted operational tooling, and helping define the organization’s broader AI strategy—identifying opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve patient engagement, operational efficiency, and product intelligence.My technical focus areas include distributed cloud architecture, secure payment processing, healthcare interoperability, and AI-augmented software systems.
