I bring two decades of business leadership experience with EF-Group, apetito, Compass Group, CH & CO and ASM Global. As the Managing Director at EF-Group, which is part of the Compass Group (FTSE 30), I lead the organisation in executing the group growth strategy, achieving a 340%+ increase in revenue growth and 10%+ increase in EBITDA.In 2022, I played a key role in the sale of the business to Compass Group, the world’s largest foodservice provider. I led the negotiations on the terms of the SPA, directed the due diligence process, and spearheaded the alignment of resources post-acquisition.Prior to becoming the Managing Director, I served as the Director Executive Director and Director of Healthcare from 2019 to 2021 and as a Senior National Account Manager between 2015 and 2019.
