   Supervise daily operations for large-scale parking and event facilities during major events, including the California State Fair, Sacramento County Fair, Sacramento Republic FC matches, concerts, and sporting events with attendees•Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing front-line operations and acting as the primary escalation point for ticketing, guest services, parking, and access issues•Manage and support ticket takers/scanners, ticket sellers, and will-call/box office operations to ensure efficient entry and accurate ticket scanning•Provide on-site leadership to ticketing, parking, and guest services teams, resolving conflicts and maintaining adequate staffing throughout events•Oversee ticket control processes, including tracking and reconciliation of parking stubs, tickets, and wristbands to ensure accountability•Reconcile ticket and wristband inventory post-event to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies•Support executives and the Board of Directors by executing special assignments and handling sensitive tasks•Prepare operational reports and post-event feedback for senior management to support continuous improvement•Adapt quickly to changing event conditions, including weather and operational challenges, to minimize guest impact•Entered and verified employee timesheets for both interim and non-interim staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll deadlines while coordinating with payroll and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and confirm proper compensation for staff•Processed refunds and managed guest communications during event changes or cancellations, including a major cancellation involving a headlining act•Escorted former Board members and high-profile guests to VIP areas, ensuring a secure and positive guest experience•Managed ingress and egress operations for large-scale events such as Monster Trucks, Brewfest, and Truck/Tractor Pull, ensuring safe and efficient crowd flow
