   Design, develop, and sustain innovative solutions to the organization’s challenges of operating and creating impact at scale.While much of LEE\'s work is at the content to drive Civic Leadership Development, my career at LEE has been focused on Imagining, Building, and Maintaining technology solutions to structural inequities that serve as barriers to Diverse Civic Leadership in America.Key Digital Transformation Projects have Included designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining- Custom Geospatial Targeting Platform- Creating the nation\'s most advanced political boundary generation algorithm- A complete Salesforce Redesign- Data warehouse and ETL operations- Enhancing our Digital Maturity from CMS/LMS to DXP - Custom mail platform- Custom asset marketplace platform- Enhanced Targeting with artificial intelligence and machine learning, including bias detection and correctionDeveloped processes for an innovation pipeline, sourcing cross functional team requests, communicating balanced portfolio priorities, and incubating new organizational technological capacities, while creating a team culture to focuses on Customer Experience.
