   Specializing in current technology and quick-learning, I inspect the road construction of contractors hired by Penndot according the plans and specifications of the various Publications that are agreed upon. Inspection includes but not limited to: bridges, roadways, shoulders, temporary traffic signals, tunnels, inlets, and testing of concrete. This requires coordination with the other inspectors and IIC on the daily focuses and understanding of the work items being performed by the contractors and subcontractors.As new technology is being developed and implemented I quickly master it and then teach the other inspectors how to best utilize and implement the new technology.As both an office worker and field worker, I work in ECMS and PPCC regularly as well as inspected the work being done on the project site. This includes a firm understanding of the Publications and Standards agreed upon in the project contract and holding the contractors and subcontractors accountable to it. My focus is to observe and report the work being done and only intervene for safety issues or violations of the agreed Publications and Standards. My responsibilities include walking alongside the contractors and subcontractors as they work, detailed reporting, computer literacy, ability to measure accurately, basic algebra, and constant spacial awareness of surroundings.
