Utilized Jira to create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for various SatCom Direct products, including modems, routers, and antennas. Proactively identified deficiencies in product code and suggested improvements for testability- Collaborated closely with Support, Systems, Software, and Hardware teams to resolve bugs and defects, contributing to meeting Satcom\'s 95% quality assurance KPI.•Developed scripts using Jira Rest API to automate the creation of test case tickets from requirements, resulting in a reduction of manual work and an increase in testing efficiency- Developed a web GUI camera monitoring system to monitor antennas for testing purposes. Utilized JavaScript, Python, and CSS, and employed multiple Raspberry Pis, camera modules, and light modules to build the system- Created a GitHub repository to store and manage all project work, ensuring version control and collaboration. All work consists of Linux-based solutions.
