Led integration testing of ALD’s business portal with financial applications, optimising transactions and compliance. Directed SharePoint HR portal testing at BP, ensuring seamless delivery. Oversaw QA for Transport for London, managing key projects like Self-Service Refunds & Contactless Payment.
