Industrial Performance Manager (Worldwide Electronic Sites) @Valeo

Indirect management: 20 sites -Ensure the Industrial Performance KPIs aligned with group target (Line load vs SIOP, TRP, Scrap, Line Utilization, Cost per Shot, Maintenance, NPI…) and support the action plans-Check risks and review mitigation plans with relevant sites. Support Management of capacity Crisis as they develop. Support PCBA qualification and transfer programs as identified by the SIOP reviews-Support and validate the layout improvement of existing sites and the new line / site introduction to meet the capacity and performance targets-Audit Sites to Group/Industry/Customer specifications on PCBA processes-Capitalize and propose the best practices and share them with all sites (ESD, MSL, Environment, Packaging, Storage, MES Traceability, Laser marking, Printing, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, AXI, ICT, FCT, Programming, Conformal coating, Underfill, Curing, potting, wave soldering Robot Soldering, Touch-up, depanelling, Pressfit, Fine pitch, Pin in Paste, PCB Finishing, Stencil design, tooling, Ionic contamination, Cleanliness, Strain gauge test, Particles measurement, Metallographic characterization, Shear strength characterization, Humidity voltage bias test, Thermal Chock…)-Check the applicability of the group standards in all the sites-Provide support to sites so that they meet acceptable or max potential-Benchmarking of CEMs (suppliers)/ OEMs (competitors)/ Industry… -Support the industrial sites and R&D departments to analyze the customers claims and propose the action plans to improve the design/process after defining the root causes -As member of Standardization committee, Create & update standards related to PCBA processes -Pilot the qualification activities for introduction of new machines, processes, consumables, components, suppliers, Laboratories -Participate on Process/Design Reviews for new products (DFM, DFT…)-Create training modules & assure the training of engineers and technicians-Develop Group SMT Technology roadmap.
