RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) and estimate the main resource to ensure meeting the deadline project-Create and develop Weekly plans and priorities them and prepare a recovery plan- Analyze and forecast demand for materials and components based on production requirements.( 8 weeks in advance)-Ensuring full raw material availability to the operation in line with the schedule, covering short- and long-term horizons-Raise and trace work orders based on MPS & MRP for OEM & Aftermarket (Spare) orders-Update the situation of WIP on the Lean board (daily review meeting) based on MPS and present KPIs such as OTD and productivity-Clarify the situation of open work orders, suggestion orders, and shortage of sales orders and create regular and ad hoc analysis reports based on stakeholders such as value stream managers, Team leaders, and purchasing dep-Identify, assess, plan and present production plan risks-Data analysis & Analyses of backlog based on the project- Experienced in team working to achieve tight deadlines
