I am a senior healthcare data scientist with extensive expertise in predictive modeling, multimodal AI, and agentic systems leveraging Epic Clarity data. At the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), which includes 13 hospitals, I lead AI-driven initiatives that enhance clinical decision-making, optimize patient outcomes, and streamline healthcare operations.My recent projects involve developing predictive models for identifying high-risk patients, such as those prone to HIV treatment lapses, using Epic electronic health record (EHR) data. These models achieved high accuracy (AUC=0.91) and have been recognized at national conferences such as IDWeek and ISPOR.
