Lead complex global sourcing projects through the full sourcing lifecycle across multiple categories by overseeing category baseline & supply spend analysis, market research, global RFx’s (RFI, RFQ, RFP), contract negotiations (MSA’s, SOW’s, renewals, amendments), vendor management & performance monitoring SLA’s• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills by leading senior executive SteerCo management review boards (VP & SVP+) and acting as a liaison balancing conflicting objectives between various business units, Finance, Legal, Technology, IS & C & third party risk departments • Support global procurement transformations of spend categories from concept to implementation by conducting make-vs-buy scenario analysis and structuring sourcing recommendations to align the global supplier portfolio mix to long term business objectives by prioritizing the trade-offs of pricing, performance metrics, business continuity, risk mitigation and commercial terms• Develop category management strategies to negotiate the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) to identify cost savings opportunities by consolidating supplier spend, streamlining demand and process optimization • Deliver fair, objective, data-driven selection processes that complies to policy requirements while maintaining collaborative relationships with internal SME’s to define sourcing scope of work specifications, determine supplier selection evaluation matrix, and contract lifecycle management• Establish supplier governance models with strategic supplier partners to lead Supplier Business Reviews to facilitate remediation plans to address performance & governance issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive further savings• Coach business co-op students to apply LEAN Six Sigma’s data-driven methodologies to identify, measure and analyze cost saving opportunities resulting in a prioritize sourcing initiatives list for future implementation
