ABOUT SEVERINE MENEM
With a diverse background spanning finance, entrepreneurship, and health, I have always been passionate about helping people thrive—whether in their careers, businesses, or personal well-being. I spent 10 years in financial markets, working in private client services, inter-dealer broking, and executive search, before retraining as a nutritional therapist and running my own clinical practice for eight years. During this time, I specialized in weight management and menopause support, empowering individuals with practical, science-backed strategies to improve their health. I also delivered corporate wellness workshops and menopause awareness webinars, helping organizations create healthier, more inclusive workplaces. As an author, I wrote Deliciously Healthy Menopause to provide women with accessible, nourishing recipes tailored to this transformative stage of life. I also developed a YouTube channel to share insights on nutrition, mindset, and personal growth, encouraging others to take control of their health and lives. Now, I am embracing a new chapter, bringing my expertise in organization, discretion, and high-level client service into a role within an investment bank, private client or family office setting.
