My background is in finance and engineering.I tried building SaaS first. It didn’t work. So I went scrappy into physical products and learned a different kind of engineering: designing systems that turn uncertainty into repeatable outcomes.Over the last decade I bootstrapped consumer brands to $6M+/yr. Along the way I built the “internal OS” behind the scenes—R&D pipelines, supply chain workflows, Shopify tooling, measurement loops, and team cadence.A few concrete things I’ve built- Internal Shopify apps that lifted upsell revenue 31%- Inventory forecasting + reorder + 3PL integrations that reduced avoidable costs ~17%- R&D system to repeatedly ship: specs → prototyping → QC → launch- Earlier: CTO (Techstars ’19) building an IoT + computer vision product (edge → cloud → user)
