Sevalaya is a 32 year old charitable organization dedicated to serve the rural poor and transform them for an equitable, happy and fulfilled society with an improved quality of life.Ram is a Trustee at Sevalaya and is contributing as a Board member to define and govern its long term strategy and roadmap. Ram led the 5 year planning exercise, derived the annual plans for 2019-20 as well as 20-21, defined the goals for each of the departments and also provided thought leadership in re-structuring the Organization in alignment with the organizational strategy. Ram is currently advising in the areas of leadership recruitment, strengthening and expanding the Corporate Donor base, sales and marketing of Sevalaya’s in house products thereby providing a sustainable revenue model.
