I am a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Insights Analyst with a passion for harnessing data-driven insights to drive business growth and efficiency. Currently, I am thriving as a Business Analyst at SSEN Transmission, where I actively contribute to the company\'s success through my expertise in data analysis, research, and reporting.In my role as a Customer Insights Analyst, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. I have successfully utilized my proficiency in the professional Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to handle complex data sets, generate valuable reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.In my time as a Research Analyst at the Nigerian energy regulator: the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), I played a pivotal role in research and data analysis for the Nigerian Regulator. I co-authored the paper, “Loss Reduction in Distribution Networks a Case Study: Technical and Economic Analysis” which was presented at the International Conference on Energy and Power Systems Operation and Planning (ICEPSOP), also held at the NERC.I am always open to connecting with professionals in the field of business analysis, data management, and research.
