At Epoca, a mission-driven MedTech startup focused on home patient care, I serve as a Product Owner / Product Manager for our digital health platform designed to support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. Key responsibilities- End-to-end ownership of product features, from ideation to production, in an agile environment- Gathering and translating complex business and medical needs into clear functional specifications- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder input- Leading agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration (tech, QA, design, clinical teams)- Managing product roadmap, prioritization, and dependency mapping- Overseeing testing, validating new developments, and supporting product rollouts Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, I help deliver impactful digital solutions that streamline workflows for care teams and enhance the experience of patients and their families.
