   I have worked as a CNC Instructor at Gateway Technical College for the past seven years. I have taught classes in Project Management and Automated Manufacturing but I must say that my passion lies with CNC. I am also the Curriculum Chair for the CNC Production Technician Technical Diploma. I have taught many classes including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Blueprint and Advanced Blueprint Reading, Safety, Gage Reading, Statistical Process Control, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical Skills, Robotics, Programmable Logic Controllers, Manual Mill and Manual Lathe Setup, CNC Mill and Lathe Setup, and CNC Mill and Lathe Programming. I have developed many CNC Programming classes. I am currently active in developing in depth, advanced CNC classes that go into Mill and Lathe Setup and Programming with an emphasis on Setup Reduction. I have also worked on CNC Bridge Classes that help ABE (Adult Basic Education) and ELL (English Language Learners) students get into the CNC program.
