As a new Sr. Manager, Engineering at EarnIn, in this role, I’m leading the Early Bets team to architect AI-driven financial tools that empower everyone to access, manage, and grow their earnings on demand. I’ll be partnering across product, engineering, data science, and design to ship new features that let people spend, save, and build their financial resilience the moment they earn.In the past, as an Engineering Leader at Amazon, I led a mission-critical organization responsible for services that enabled precise customer charging across multiple payment methods, including SNAP EBT. I also managed complex accounting, taxation, and tipping systems. Under my leadership, we developed cutting-edge acquisition solutions, launched a Grocery Subscriptions offering that transformed how customers shop every day, and solidified Amazon Grocery’s position as a leader in the space.Before that, I built Big-Data & ML teams in the Amazon Music metadata and popularity space. I founded the Music Popularity team, creating a platform to generate charts, analyze trends, forecast new-release scores with machine learning, and power high-volume services for music search, discovery, and personalization across apps and voice assistants. I also led a front-end team to develop subscription web applications—expanding individual, family, student (with third-party integration), Prime, and free-tier plans into over 50 countries, driving $100M+ in monthly revenue.
