   I am working to create a unique customer experience that many in the painting industry have not been willing to do. Customers are tired of dealing with contractors who don\'t do what they say when they say they will do it. Customers deserve a personable point of contact, they deserve high quality products and work all at a cost that is affordable and that is what I deliver. I maintain only the best crews, who are competent, efficient and friendly. I challenge the status quo by being 100% upfront with customers, stand by my word, and deliver what I promise. My family and I put everything into our vision for the painting industry. We know our customers work hard to support their families and likewise my family is fully involved and work hard to help customers feel the value of our service. Some of the technical aspects of the business that I directly manage are:•Hiring and maintaining qualified, competent painting crews•Manage the P&L to ensure profitability and long term sustainability•Meet with customers in their homes and offer solutions to their needs and wants•Direct all marketing and lead generation activities•Oversee company employees and help them succeed.
