About Seth Weissman

Seth is a former public company executive who is now an executive coach. He was most recently the Chief Legal Officer at Marqeta (marqeta.com) where he led all of Marqeta\'s legal strategy and operations and helped the Company IPO in 2021. Prior to Marqeta, he was SolarCity\'s EVP, General Counsel and Secretary. Seth was responsible for SolarCity\'s legal, compliance and risk functions and led the Company\'s 2012 IPO. Seth was also SolarCity\'s first VP of HR, building the function as the Company scaled from 200 to employees. His coaching practice is focused on delivering business-oriented results and helping clients build top- performing teams with high EQ and a commitment to culture.
