I collaborate with customers, product management, marketing, and sales to identify learning needs. I then lead my team to design and deliver impactful, end-to-end learning experiences that meet the needs of our SaaS customers. Below are some specific examples of my work- During the COVID pandemic, I partnered closely with the software product management team and led a team of instructional designers to create diverse training solutions. These included a comprehensive in-app video library, a virtual instructor-led training course, and an eLearning course- I designed and developed a new manager training course using Adobe Captivate. This involved conducting needs analysis, identifying knowledge gaps, and applying adult learning principles to design solutions. The course covered both soft skills like design thinking and hard skills such as expense sheet management- Each month, I deliver our flagship training course both in-person and virtually, as well as at our annual conference. These presentations enhance my public speaking skills and provide valuable customer interactions, allowing me to better understand their needs and pain points- I led the creation of a video training library for a product used by over users. To date, over 160 short videos have been produced, collectively receiving over views. These videos are freely accessible and frequently used in product documentation, marketing, and customer support- For a new product launch, I led a high-performing team to develop the course content. This involved designing graphics, video content, and multimedia training solutions using Articulate Storyline to ensure an effective learning experience- I support and help manage our proprietary LMS, contributing to the development of technology roadmaps that align with company goals and evolving trends- I have experience as an Agile Project Manager and team leader and actively mentor new team members.(Work samples available upon request.)
