Served as a member of the Global Security Leadership Team (GSLT), reporting directly to the CSO.Developed and implemented a comprehensive all-source intelligence and analysis program for Phillips 66 following its repositioning as a stand-alone, publicly traded Fortune 10 company. The program required the development of customized, systematic monitoring tools and processes to identify potential threats to the company’s people, assets and operations globally to provide actionable and timely intelligence to relevant stakeholders. Monitoring sources include social media, news media, deep web, government information-sharing platforms and contracted intelligence providers. Developed and regularly produce a full suite of analytical products to support Global Security’s mission, executive leadership and multiple business functions. Key deliverables include weekly intelligence report distributed to senior leadership, analytical security briefs, assessments to support executive protection and corporate events, as well as educational awareness bulletins for broad corporate audience. Established priority intelligence requirements for Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and developed systematic first-level collection protocols for GSOC analysts. Provided GSOC analysts with training and feedback to improve analytical and research skills. Created interactive threat summary board highlighting threats to domestic and international assets. Responsible for developing and administering comprehensive travel security program for more than 14,500 globally mobile employees. Key components of the travel security program include risk management policies and procedures, travel tracking and communication tools, travel assistance and evacuation support, and ongoing education and training of employees of potential travel security risks.
