I currently lead a 9-surgeon teaching multidisciplinary group with 20+ employees, with teams in operating rooms at Jefferson Abington Hospital, Jefferson Lansdale Hospital and the Abington Surgicenter. As President and Managing partner, I work closely with our office manager to handle budget, revenue and expenses. I manage all hiring and personnel matters, and we perform quality tracking through NSQIP and MIPS programs. I administer employee pension plans, and ensure end-to-end coordination with referring physicians and Jefferson administration for optimal patient outcomes.
