Key Responsibilities • Entrepreneurship & Vision: Conceived and launched Alice OTR, creating a unique nightlife concept that enhances the cultural fabric of Over-the-Rhine. • Design & Development Leadership: Directed the complete design and construction process, including architectural planning, permitting, vendor coordination, and interior design. • Fiduciary Responsibility: Served as the ultimate fiduciary for the business and real estate holding company, accountable for financial performance, operational oversight at the ownership level, and long-term strategic direction. • Real Estate Management: Oversaw property acquisition, financing, and asset strategy for the holding company. • Brand & Community Impact: Guided the brand’s positioning and community engagement, establishing Alice OTR as a recognized destination within Downtown Cincinnati.
