   Key Account Managing Attorney (KAM)- lead counsel for Henkel\'s retail/consumer beauty brands including Dial, Got2b, Keratin Color, Tone, Dial Professional and more. Multi-faceted legal role encompassing the negotiation of sophisticated commercial agreements for CPG retail customers, distributors and suppliers. Review and approve customer facing marketing materials, including on-pack/on-label, off label, print, digital media, e-commerce, commercials, sweepstakes and the like for compliance with Truth in Advertising, FTC and NAD decisions, regulations and findings. Sit on the Executive Committee for the Henkel Beauty Consumer business team (for North America). Regularly meet and provide advice to VP/executive business and legal team leads in North America and Europe. Currently provide primary legal support for the marketing, finance, supply chain, sales and e-commerce teams across all North American beauty consumer brands.
