About Seth G.

I currently serve as in-house counsel for Good Food Holdings, LLC, the parent company for grocery banners Bristol Farms, Lazy Acres Natural Market, Metropolitan Market, New Leaf Community Markets, and New Seasons Market. In this role, I regularly work with senior leadership for all of our companies, as well as colleagues across our many business units (including each banner’s operations, procurement, marketing, merchandising, finance, IT, and risk departments). As part of a “shared service” team, I prioritize both increasing organizational efficiencies and supporting each banner’s unique structure, culture, and needs. I have earned degrees from Stanford\'s Law School (JD) and Graduate School of Education (MA) and The University of Alabama (BA, MA). As a law student, I participated in various pro bono projects and interned at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Activision Blizzard. I previously practiced at Skadden and Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, where my work spanned transactional, litigation, and counseling matters. Before law school, much of my experience involved non-profits, including directing marketing for a microfinance institution and working on public policy projects for a research organization. I have also worked as a teaching assistant and an instructor for undergraduate courses.
