Seth L. Feit is the Group Vice President of Talent at Charter providing strategic direction around recruiting, recruiting operations, contingent staffing, learning development, learning operations, leadership & organizational effectiveness, performance management, and talent planning for the employee organization.Before the Charter acquisition of Time Warner Cable, Seth previously served as the Chief Learning Officer leading the Learning, Development and Inclusion team of 340 professionals responsible for company efforts in organizational design; performance management; talent management and planning; diversity and inclusion; and training delivery and design for employees.Seth also served in HR Business Partner/Generalist leadership roles for several years as the Group Vice President, of Human Resources for Time Warner Cable’s Business Services, Media Services & Enterprise Organizations, East Region, and Carolinas Market overseeing every aspect of human resources including Talent Acquisition; Learning and Development; Compensation and Benefits; Employee Relations and Compliance; and HR Operations. Previously, Seth worked in various talent acquisition positions of increasing responsibility for Time Warner Cable, Time Warner Inc. and America Online Inc. Before joining the Time Warner family, Seth was the Manager of University Relations for TRW Systems and worked for Drexel University in the Career Management Office as a Teaching Assistant while earning his MBA after receiving an undergraduate degree from Drexel University graduating with honors.
