About Seth Bridges
For more than 20 years, I’ve been working in Seattle-based startups. For most of that time, I’ve co-founded and grown two of my own companies, Rival IQ and V2Green. Through that leadership, I’ve had the privilege of getting to learn about what I want from life and what motivates and inspires other people. Currently, I’m one-half of We Are Seth, a consulting duo, alongside my long-time collaborator Seth Pollack. Together, we bring over 20 years of experience as startup founders, engineering and product leaders, and hands-on problem-solvers. At We Are Seth, we help businesses tackle engineering, product, and data challenges to improve outcomes, boost customer traction, and drive revenue.Our approach is collaborative and flexible. Whether providing fractional leadership as CPTOs, CTOs, or CPOs, or engaging on scoped projects, we’re here to deliver tangible impact. We know how to set goals, remove obstacles, and achieve results—thanks to our experience co-founding, building, and selling two B2B SaaS businesses.Rival IQ (2012–2024) used data to help brands create more engaging social media through competitive benchmarking. Building and growing the Rival IQ team was a career highlight.V2Green (2006–2011) developed hardware and software for managing demand generation and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) operations of electric vehicles. I loved the challenges of designing hardware and managing data collection across the U.S.I’m energized by solving tough problems and collaborating with smart people.
