Highlights included:• Established positioning by target segment for 100-year-old vanilla extract manufacturer and created yearly on-strategy marketing plans. To combat low brand recognition, developed a new brand identity, which included a new logo and packaging redesign. The company has since enjoyed vastly improved name recognition among targets and sales growth every year for each of the last ten years.• Developed positioning, new logo, tagline and yearly marketing plans for a wholesale bakery, which resulted in significant growth, landing major accounts, opening new channels of business and even an expansion to a second facility to handle new demand. • Developed a strategic marketing program for a confectionary company focused on gifting that built DTC sales from nothing to a multi-million dollar business channel.
