   I’ve spent over 15 years leading crews and managing major construction projects, with a strong focus on data centers, substations, and other critical infrastructure in Wyoming, South Dakota, and Colorado.Worked directly on multiple hyperscale and colocation data centers, taking charge of both CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) scopes — from breaking ground to final commissioning.Hands-on experience working with one of the biggest MEP contractors in the world, helping deliver complex data centers and power infrastructure while keeping jobs on schedule and under budget.Took part in every stage of CSA work on data centers and other heavy industrial builds — foundation, steel, envelope, interiors — you name it.Ran field operations for 13 superintendents and over 140 tradesmen, while also overseeing 5 Project Managers, 1 Operations Manager, and 5 Estimators — keeping everyone aligned and pushing projects forward across multiple active sites.Built strong working relationships with city, county, and state officials to help push new data centers forward, especially in Wyoming and South Dakota. Worked with permitting departments, code officials, and state agencies to move things along.Led the delivery of a major data center project, managing CSA and MEP scopes from start to finish. We wrapped up the job two months ahead of schedule, giving the client a clear head start on operations.Rolled out a safety program that significantly reduced jobsite incidents. Crews started looking out for each other more, and it showed in how smooth our days ran.Helped bring in BIM tools and Somero laser screeds in the field. These upgrades cut down on rework and helped us pour and place faster with better accuracy.Worked closely with the CEO, C-suite leadership, and shareholders to define and drive company goals — whether that was expanding into new markets, taking on more complex work, or improving how we performed in the field.
