ABOUT SETH TANDETT
I’m Seth Tandett, based out of Richmond, Virginia, and I’ve spent my career in the concrete construction world. At Baker Construction, I focus on business development and making sure we’re lined up with the right projects — the big, complicated ones like multi-level structures, data centers, and federal facilities. I handle preconstruction, estimating, and strategy, but really my job comes down to one thing: making sure clients get the best solution possible, both in cost and performance.I’m also the host of the Concrete Logic Podcast — the #1 concrete podcast out there. It’s become the place where industry experts come on to throw out their ideas, talk through challenges, and share the innovations shaping concrete construction today. The goal is simple: educate, connect, and push this industry forward.Outside of concrete, I’m a husband and dad. Family comes first, always.
