As a proven leader and Army veteran with over 15 years of experience in program management, organizational leadership and operational planning, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to military recruitment, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationship management.    As a Manager within Fiserv’s Corporate Citizenship team, I collaborate with talent acquisition teams and leadership across all Business Units to create effective career pathways for the military community. Through consistent nation-wide engagement with military and business partners, I continually expand our Fiserv Salutes and Corporate Citizenship programming to foster strong business relationships and drive recruitment initiatives. As a Corporate Citizenship Manager, I play an integral role in planning employee engagement efforts and leading Employee Resource Group (ERG) projects to reduce attrition, provide training and growth opportunities, and drive revenue to the company. My collaboration with the Global Brand & Communications department is pivotal in spreading awareness of the Fiserv and Clover brand while encouraging participation in both internal and external corporate citizenship programming.Dedicated to continuous improvement, I conduct research and provide analysis on enhancements for existing programs to ensure Fiserv’s policies and procedures remain best in class for the military community.
