ABOUT SETH PERRY

Seth Perry is a Project Director and has been in restoration since 2005 and has restored over 4,500 residential and commercial properties. Some of his past projects include Albertson’s corporate office, retail stores, Columbia High School, Aspen Lofts, hospitals and medical facilities as well as several multifamily properties. Seth is a Certified Restorer (#622), Xactimate 28 level 3 certified as well as several IICRC certifications.RIA’s capstone certification, the Certified Restorer (CR) is the penultimate achievement in comprehensive restoration, project management and consulting mastery. This program is geared towards advanced restoration professionals seeking to establish their in-depth expertise of leadership and insurance damage related restoration business management acumen. The RIA CR Curriculum is built upon its four restoration pillars – water, fire, environmental, and contents. Learning from experts and networking with peers to both grow a profitable and productive restoration company, as well as set the foundation for a strong industry related consulting career. The learning experience extends beyond the classroom program, as candidates for the CR capstone certification complete a comprehensive final exam and a formal report within 180 days of passing the exam, definitively establishing their mastery of the subjects of structural and contents restoration.Certified Restorers are the most qualified professionals the industry has to offer to victims of a disaster and the insurance companies who primarily provide the funding for restoration and damage repair. Those who carry the CR acronym after their name represent themselves, their company, their association and their industry to those they serve and ultimately pay for the services they provide. Certified Restorer’s serve them well and represent the profession with pride and integrity! The Xactimate 28 The Level 3 Certification verifies that the user has full mastery of the Xactimate 28 estimating system and can be considered an Xactimate 28 subject matter expert.
