Engineered returnable packaging loop calculations and methodology to determine required packaging levels and optimize asset placement throughout the supply chain to support uninterrupted production. Collaborate closely with a network of 107 suppliers across North America (Including Mexico) to oversee returnable container loops and inventory strategies with domestic suppliers, covering Batch,FTL/LTL, One-Way, and JIT/JIS shipment types. Redefine and aligned Scope of Work (SOW) documents for third-party partners, incorporatingtactical KPIs to ensure contract compliance and performance tracking.Automating key workflows using advanced Excel and VBA macros to reduce manual intervention. Analyze and translate large, complex datasets into actionable metrics for supply chain decision making, cost recovery opportunities, and performance reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Procurement, andLogistical Engineering to support smooth operational execution and solution design.
