I’m a Corporate Real Estate & Facilities leader over a decade of experience managing facilities, construction, and real estate across a multi-state footprint. Today, I oversee the CRE & Facilities department, with responsibility for construction, facilities operations, and real estate strategy—driving alignment, efficiency, and growth across the enterprise.Since 2016, I’ve managed over $100 million in capital investments across dozens of projects in more than 10 states, including new construction, major remodels, tenant improvements, and branch transformations. My career began as a Regional Facilities Manager, advanced into Corporate Construction Manager, and today I serve as Manager of Corporate Real Estate & Facilities leading the enterprise portfolio.Beyond project execution, I’ve played a key role in mergers and acquisitions, leading facilities, construction, and real estate integration efforts. This includes large-scale signage conversion programs spanning 25–150 branches at a time, along with branch consolidations, and system implementations to ensure seamless transitions for employees and clients.I’ve also developed strategic capital planning processes and led initiatives around budget management, systems integration, and enterprise documentation—building the framework that supports long-term CRE & Facilities operations.My expertise spans the full lifecycle of projects, from concept and design through close-out, with deep experience in financial oversight—budget planning, contract review, change management, and reporting. I also bring unique industry knowledge in banking infrastructure and critical branch systems, from ATMs and vaults to electronic security and pneumatic tube systems.At my core, I’m a problem-solver and builder of high-performing teams.
