About Seth Morales

Seth Morales is the President and CEO of Morales Group, a purpose-driven workforce solutions firm dedicated to connecting talent with opportunity. He graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree, where he was a wide receiver on the football team, starting for three years, winning the Big Ten Championship, and playing in the Rose Bowl. He later earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, equipping him with a strong foundation in leadership and business strategy. Since joining Morales Group in 2005, he has played a key role in scaling the company to over $100 million in sales, fostering innovation, inclusivity, and servant leadership. Beyond business, Seth is deeply engaged in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for St. Vincent Health, YPO (Young Presidents\' Organization), and the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF). His commitment to diversity, education, and workforce development has earned him recognition, including IBJ’s Forty Under 40 and selection to Purdue’s Old Masters Distinguished Alumni Program. At his core, Seth is a devoted husband to his wife, Jackie, of 15 years, and his partner in helping build the business. Together, they are proud parents to Sebby, Mateo, and Nina. Whether traveling, coaching his kids, or giving back to the community, he’s always seeking new ways to make an impact. With grit, integrity, and a heart for people, he continues to lead Morales Group toward a future of greater opportunities.
