As a Senior HR Specialist and aspiring mediator, I have seen firsthand how peace, justice, and reconciliation happen when the needs of others are seen and met. I strongly believe that through intentional service and the fine art of listening, we each have the power to turn difficult conflicts into peaceful realities by identifying the needs of our neighbors and working creatively to meet them.Since graduating with a Master\'s of Dispute Resolution and working in Human Resources, it is my goal to bring holistic conflict resolution practices and intentional customer service to serve and uplift every member of the workplace to create an environment that treats people as people and encourages a healthy and supportive workplace atmosphere. Through this work, I aim to empower others to be advocates for justice, peace, and restoration in all areas of our lives.
