About Seth El-Jamal
I believe that the most important question our young people have today is \"Why should I care?\". I believe that we as a society owe our young people an answer that is worthy of those who have opened doors of opportunity for us. The answer to that question will determine the direction of our society as a whole. I have been shaped by my faith, my family and my education. My upbringing, although socioeconomically challenging, was filled with opportunities. I was expected to invest in the knowledge of mentors and family members who were academically successful and spiritually grounded. I believe that the holistic support of my network provided me with the educational foundation and, most importantly, a reason to strive for excellence in life.I am passionate about supporting organizations to empower youth. I empower service providers to think creatively about their program development, build effective community engagement strategies and build collaborative cultures.
