My passion is finding solutions to challenges and having a positive impact on others. I thrive on interacting with people, leveraging my knowledge and offering solutions that they don’t see. I love the feeling of satisfaction that comes from solving someone else’s problem.My biggest achievement is having led a team who were not meeting their objectives and were rated as providing sub-standard clinical skills and then turning that team around, helping them improve and grow and then ultimately receive an award for being great at building amazing relationships and providing superb mechanical results. My colleagues would describe me as outgoing, funny, hardworking and a great team player and someone who likes to get things done. For my next challenge, I want to be in a role that makes me excited to get up in the morning and feel motivated every day. I’d like to work in an environment that enables me to improve and grow and be impactful professionally and where I can create and implement strategies. Being able to execute strategy and bring everything to life really drives my creativity.In my spare time you will find me going to the beach, watching sports (baseball Is my favorite), listening to good music and exercising.
